FACE TO FACE PERSONAL TRAINING

If you live in the Wynnum/Manly area, your one on one personal training sessions with Sally may be conducted at your home, at a local park, or at Snap Fitness in Manly.

Sally begins each session with a physical and emotional check-in, so she can adapt that day’s personal training program to suit. We all have days when we are feeling less than our best, which is why Sally makes a point of tuning into your needs – with the result that you end each session feeling better than when you started it!

VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

Individual support can really make a difference when it comes to achieving your health and fitness goals, and the good news is that you can enjoy virtual personal training with Sally no matter where you are based in Australia.

If you can use social media or online conferencing, then virtual personal training is a great way to receive the personalised instruction and support of one of Australia’s best female personal trainers.

Virtual personal training might also be the best option for you if you:

  • travel a lot for work – take your PT with you;
